Ministries for Children and Youth at Third Church
All of
the programs for our children and youth are designed to draw your child
into a real and vital relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. From the
loving care in the nursery to the deeper Biblical truths taught in
middle and high school, your children and youth will enjoy learning the
truth and values found in God's Word.
Children's Ministry
The
purpose of our children's ministry is to train and disciple children to
become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ. Nurseries for babies and
toddlers are offered during each of our worship services, children's
church meets during the morning worship service, children's worship
meets during the evening worship service, GEMS girls club meets on
alternating Monday evenings, Cadets boys club meets on alternating
Monday evenings, and church education classes meet on Sunday morning.

Middle School Ministry
The
purpose of our middle school ministry is have middle school youth meet
God, know God, and own God. GEMS girls club meets on alternating Monday
evenings, Cadets boys club meets on alternating Monday evenings, church
education classes meet on Sunday mornings and the middle school skate
ministry is on Monday evening during the summer months.

High School Ministry
The
purpose of the high school ministry is to gather and grow teens into
fully
developed disciples of Jesus Christ. High school youth group meets on
Wednesday evenings, discipleship groups meet on Sunday mornings, and the
high school skate ministry meets on Wednesday evenings during the summer

The Skate
The
purpose of the The Skate is to be a community outreach event providing
in-line skaters and skateboarders a fun, safe place to skate and a place
where they can hear the gospel. Middle school youth skate on Monday from
7:00 - 9:00 PM and the high school youth skate on Thursdays from 7:00 -

Our
children and youth are so important, that we have a full time,
experienced Youth Pastor on our staff. Pastor Shawn Hofing knows how to
relate to and how to motivate children and teens. He speaks their
